Rotary House

Rotary House is a community hall owned and operated by Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach Sunrise Society, a not for profit organization registered under the BC Society Act.The members and directors of the Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach are members and directors of Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach Sunrise Society.

We are located at 211 Fern Rd West,V9K 1S4 Qualicum Beach BC, at the corner of Beach Rd, Qualicum Beach.

Rorary House rents to private parties upon completion of application and approval by Rotary for events at Rotary House suitable to the size and facilities offered by Rotary House.

Rotary House has

• a meeting hall 21′ X 41′ with capacity under fire and building regulations of 80 guests standing or 60 guests sitting
• on-site parking for approximately 15 vehicles
• There is a concrete ramp from the parking lot to the entrance to accomodate walkers and wheelchairs
• covered, illuminated main entry
• a basic kitchen - KITCHEN IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE FOR PREPARING FOOD TO BE SOLD TO THE PUBLIC
• 2 Accessable Washrooms
• on site Rogers Open Wifi
• rental rates are $25 per hour with a $50 minimum
• exclusive all day use $200 (8 am to midnight)
• a damage/key/cleaning deposit of $60 per booking may be required and is refundable if the key is returned and premises left as found.
• includes use of 12 - 3'x6' folding tables plus 60 chairs
